9Round is a 30-minute kickboxing workout that gives you total-body results. We offer no class times and a trainer to help you every step of the way. Our workouts change daily, so you’ll never get body with our complete circuit-training program. Members burn up to 500 calories in a half hour – who can turn that type of exercise down?
Stations 1-2: These two focus on strength building, featuring dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes, and other equipment.
Stations 3-8: The real fun starts here! You’ll strike a variety of bags including 100-pound heavy bags to build power, double-end bags to increase hand-eye coordination, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.
Station 9: This station is all about your core and strengthening the most important part of your body.
